My Buyers have been doing this quite a long time and for them it’s all about the numbers. There is zero emotional attachment. For any deal to work that they get into it MUST be profitable.
As we review your listing, we will let you know very quickly if it is one we want to pull the trigger on. When they make a decision, which will be within 24 hours, they will tell you why they want the deal and if they don’t, they will tell you why not. So let’s keep our fingers crossed and see if the listing you submitted works for them.
